In our round table meeting moderated by our member Ahmet Çimenoğlu, Ali Yörük and Çağatay Ölken shared their experiences and knowledge with our participants under the title of Sustainability Reporting Obligations on the Agenda of the Board of Directors.

The main trends, recent developments and obligations in sustainability reporting in Türkiye and abroad were discussed. How to ensure independent audit and assurance, and the positioning of the board of directors within the governance of sustainability were discussed.
